Course Itinerary

Whichever is your preferred mode of delivery, whether it is E-learning or the PADI Rescue Diver Manual. These need to be completed PRIOR to commencing your course! Also in order to commence the PADI Rescue Diver Course you must have a current Workplace First Aid Certification, of which can be obtained upon request adding an extra day for the First Aid Certification.

Online through PADI E-Learning

Offline through The PADI Rescue Diver Manual order through our reception

Day 1
Knowledge development, skills practice and rescue scenarios are what day one is all about! Either in a pool or in the ocean the rescue diver course equips you to better manage diver emergencies in different dive sites/locations.

Day 2
Skills practice, rescue scenarios and final assessment of rescue scenarios are all incorporated into day two of the course. Upon completion of your paper work, you are then a certified PADI Rescue Diver!!

Prerequisites

  • Current Workplace First Aid Certification
  • Minimum PADI Advanced Open Water Certification (or other qualifying certification from another training organisation) to commence the PADI Rescue Diver Course
  • 12 years old (12-14 year olds receive a Junior Rescue Diver Certification)
